Cancellation Policy
A credit card number is required to reserve all appointments. In the event that you need to reschedule/ cancel your appointment with me, please allow at least 12 hours notice so that we may possibly accommodate the needs of other clients. If you are not able to show up for your appointment, or are more than 10 minutes late for a 1/2 hour service (unless I "okay" it), you will be charged a fee of 100% of your total services. I understand that emergency situations do arise and I will accommodate you in any way I can.
